I1juta Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between i1juta ("we", "the Platform") and every individual who registers for or uses the i1juta platform ("Member", "you"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement from the moment you complete the account registration process.

By using the i1juta platform — whether via the website, mobile app or any other access method — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully, understand their contents and agree to comply with them in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of our platform.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use i1juta's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list from any gambling platform, and not undergoing treatment for a gambling problem.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• Not an employee, consultant, or immediate family member of an i1juta employee or our gaming software providers.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a region where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on i1juta at any one time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or financial information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your ID, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal verification purposes.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your account password.
• Never share your account password with anyone, including i1juta support staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Notify i1juta immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility as long as it is accessed using your login credentials.
• The name on your i1juta account must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet holder used for withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on i1juta are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:

Minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits will be credited to your account in under one minute once payment has been confirmed by the payment service provider. i1juta does not charge any deposit fees; however, your e-wallet provider may impose their own charges, which are outside our control.

I1juta reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes under certain circumstances. Should this occur, our team will contact you via your registered email or phone number within 24 hours to explain the next steps.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by i1juta are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed on each promotion's page. The general conditions that apply to all i1juta promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by registered members who meet the stated eligibility criteria.
• Each promotion has its own rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• The minimum rollover at i1juta is 10x — meaning you need to wager the bonus amount 10 times across eligible games.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively available to new members who have not previously registered an account with i1juta.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• I1juta reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or fraud.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated in each promotion's terms — any unused bonus after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

6. Game Rules

I1juta offers a wide range of game categories, including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), and e-sports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, Valorant). Each category has its own specific rules displayed within the platform.

The general rules applicable to all games on i1juta are as follows:

• All slot games use Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified to ensure random and fair outcomes.
• Live casino tables use real physical equipment — roulette wheels, baccarat shoes and card decks that are audited on a regular basis.
• Sports bets are placed based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed does not affect existing bets.
• Any technical disruption during a game session caused by i1juta's system will be resolved based on stored transaction records — the decision of the technical team is final.
• Winnings arising from technical errors or system glitches are invalid and will not be paid out.
• I1juta reserves the right to void bets in exceptional circumstances, such as significant odds pricing errors or force majeure events.

7. Fraud & Misconduct

I1juta takes fraud and misconduct extremely seriously. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, including cash and bonuses:

• Registering more than one account ("multi-accounting") to claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to automate gameplay or bonus collection.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent rollover requirements ("bonus abuse").
• Uploading falsified or tampered identity documents during the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Using another person's credit card or bank account without their authorisation to make a deposit.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt i1juta's technical infrastructure.
• Credit fraud involving unauthorized chargebacks after gameplay has taken place.

8. Account Termination & Suspension

I1juta reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any member account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed occurrence of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity within an account.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from competent authorities in connection with legal investigations.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the i1juta support team via email at support@i1juta.best. Prior to closure upon a member's request, all eligible cash balances will be paid out to the registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

For accounts closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance including cash and bonuses may be forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation. The decision of i1juta's oversight team in such matters is final.

9. Limitation of Liability

I1juta provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that our services will be free from interruptions, errors, or unplanned downtime.

• I1juta is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, network failures, or scheduled system maintenance.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by members.
• I1juta does not guarantee any returns or profits from the use of our platform and services.
• Links to third-party websites (where applicable) are provided for convenience only, and i1juta is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

In all circumstances, i1juta's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

I1juta believes that responsible entertainment is the foundation of a positive gaming experience. We are committed to providing a safe environment and supporting members in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

The i1juta platform provides the following tools, which members may activate voluntarily:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Limit: Receive automatic alerts when your play session exceeds your set time limit.
• Cool Off: Suspend account access for a period of 24 hours to 30 days as needed.
• Self-Exclusion: Restrict account access for a longer period for those who need a more significant break.

• Notices prominently displayed within the i1juta platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration.
